Client Lead

We are seeking a Client Lead to manage and deliver projects both as a principal and a subcontractor during an exciting period of growth. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who is driven, passionate, and motivated to lead our team to success.
 
The Role

• Lead a team of project managers and other essential staff to ensure project success.
• Develop and define project goals, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Oversee the preparation and allocation of project budgets.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project progression.
• Implement risk management processes to effectively mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management.
• Make critical decisions related to project governance, budget adjustments, and resource allocation.

 
The Person

• At least 10 years of experience in project management within the generator or related industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP or CPD are highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects to completion.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
