WB Power Services is recruiting a Projects Engineer Support Manager to oversee and support Construction projects and provide technical expertise. Key Responsibilities

• To ensure all ISO procedures are adhered to and managed.

• Technical assistance and support to office, PM’s, Site teams and engineers.

• To attend weekly planning meeting with office staff and Project Managers to plan in works for the engineers.

• Collate information on staff achievements/issues/problems for toolbox talks using monthly reports.

• Prepare and hold quarterly toolbox talks with all engineers ensuring all health and safety and standards issues are raised.

• Hold quarterly appraisals with the engineer apprentice and engineers. Completion of apprentice assessments report to provide .

• To deal with day-to-day engineer queries and disciplinary matters in line with roles and responsibilities.

• To produce update and maintain WBPS standards, delivering information to engineers through internal and external training.

• Produce task specific RAMS, communicate known difficulties with engineers and follow job through to ensure efficient completion.

• Annual appraisals with engineers, ensuring thorough and accurate gradings are carried out and can be evidenced through site audits and technical knowledge.

• Work with the Project Managers for all load bank requests and work with WB wider team to organise.

• Tooling Requests.

• Calibration responsibility – Make sure engineers tools are calibrated with certificates.

• Support the team with Factory Acceptance Tests


Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Projects Engineer Support Manager

Previous experience with generators or M&E projects is desirable.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with industry ISO standards.

In-depth knowledge of health and safety protocols.

Ability to interact with customers from various industries.

Proficiency in IT and willingness to learn our ERP system.
