WB Power Services are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to work in our head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. We are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects. As a Project Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of various project elements.

The Role

  • Assist in managing and controlling administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the effective control and updating of management systems.
  • Utilize Protean for scheduling works & liaise with internal departments & WBPS engineers.
  • Manage paperwork submission & document uploading.
  • Collaborate with projects team colleagues, aiding & support as needed.
  • Generate reports to update the projects manager on project status.
  • Facilitate engineer’s hotel bookings, congestion charges, holidays, sickness, and expenses.
  • Handle incoming calls & record the information.
  • Monitor the receipt of ordered items.
  • Attend weekly planning meetings to review current project status.

 
The Person

  • Previous Coordinator or Administration experience is desirable.
  • Preferably in a project or engineering environment.
  • Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in using Protean or similar project scheduling tools.
  • Proficient in document management and reporting.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Resilient and tenacious in approach to work.
  • The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries.
