Installation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to join our team. As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for travelling to various customer locations to install and load up generators. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the generators are properly installed, configured, and ready for customer use.

The Role

  • Travel to customer sites to perform generator installations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to plan installation schedules.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify any potential challenges.
  • Install generators according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Perform electrical connections, wiring, and load testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or technical problems.
  • Train customers on generator operation and maintenance.
  • Complete installation documentation, including reports and service records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

The Person

  • Willing to Travel or work away (with a compensation package)
