Hire Desk Coordinator
WB Power Services is currently recruiting for a Hire Coordinator to work in our head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a superb opportunity for a Hire Coordinator to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Coordinator to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role
- Administration of our Hire Desk contracts and our Engineers.
- Taking internal and external calls in relation to hiring services.
- Create and control orders and administrate the subsequent works.
- Assist the team with logistical planning and product delivery.
- Provide quotes to clients as required.
- Access and manage client web portals.
- Working on the company’s bespoke programmes (Training Provided)
The Person
- Previous Hire/Coordinator experience is desirable
- Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
- Competent in using a computer for work.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and tenacious in approach to work
- The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries
