WB Power Services is currently recruiting for a Hire Coordinator to work in our head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a superb opportunity for a Hire Coordinator to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Coordinator to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role

  • Administration of our Hire Desk contracts and our Engineers.
  • Taking internal and external calls in relation to hiring services.
  • Create and control orders and administrate the subsequent works.
  • Assist the team with logistical planning and product delivery.
  • Provide quotes to clients as required.
  • Access and manage client web portals.
  • Working on the company’s bespoke programmes (Training Provided)

The Person

  • Previous Hire/Coordinator experience is desirable
  • Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
  • Competent in using a computer for work.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and tenacious in approach to work
  • The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries
