The Role:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned geographic regions.
• Utilize a variety of channels to acquire new business.
• Showcase the value of WB Power Services and our offerings to relevant parties.
• Meet and exceed financial targets set by the company.
• Present compelling face-to-face proposals as needed.
• Provide monthly sales reports, including pipeline updates, during sales meetings.
• Conduct research to identify and target potential high-yield customers.
• Craft and send introductory letters to prospective clients.
• Efficiently manage frameworks for national contracts.
• Adhere to WB Power Services Ltd procedures and leverage our proprietary systems.

The person:

• Preferred candidates will have experience in Generator Hire sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development manager role.
• Possess a full, clean UK driver's license.
• Proficient in communication via telephone, face-to-face meetings, and email.
• Confidence in conducting impactful sales meetings.
• Competence in using Microsoft applications.
• Demonstrates a resilient and tenacious work ethic.
