Credit Control Administrator

Due to our phenomenal growth, we now have a vacancy for an passionate Credit Controller Administrator to join our team. You should have experience of performing this role and be comfortable in chasing outstanding money over the telephone, be highly literate and competent in letter and email composition, confident in dealing with query resolution and comfortable in dealing with colleagues at all levels across our business in order to get the job done!
This role will report directly into our Credit Controller and be supported by a Credit Control Team Leader. You will support them in ensuring our various policies and procedures are adhered to with your meticulous attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Debt chasing as per credit control procedures.
• Credit limit reviews for customers.
• Communicating with Supervisors Peers or Subordinates.
• Update overdue/disputes invoices.
• Ensure all KPIs are met.
• Managing customer portals on a weekly basis.
• Checking outstanding invoices from accounting system and updating status of invoices.
• Generate and send Sage monthly statements.
• Raise Sage invoices and credit notes.
• Raise Credit notes on inhouse system.
• Managing the accounts inbox.
• Credit Safe reports.
• Completion of customer questionnaire forms and liaising with relevant departments.
• Franking any external post.
• To provide holiday/sickness cover for Credit Control team.
