WB Power Services is currently recruiting for a CHP Sales Manager. This is a superb opportunity for a CHP Sales Manager to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated CHP Sales Manager to support the business through these exciting times.

The Role:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated geographic regions.
• Acquire new business through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Promote WB Power Services and our offerings to all relevant parties.
• Meet financial targets set by the company.
• Present face-to-face proposals as necessary.
• Submit monthly sales reports, including pipeline updates, at sales meetings.
• Research and target potential high-yield customers.
• Send introductory letters to prospective clients.
• Manage frameworks for national contracts.
• Adhere to WB Power Services Ltd procedures and utilize our proprietary systems.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong preference for candidates with experience CHP (Combined Heat and Power) generator sales.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development manager role.
• Possession of a full, clean UK driver's license.
• Proficiency in communication via telephone, face-to-face meetings, and email.
• Confidence in conducting sales meetings.
• Competence in using Microsoft applications.
• Resilient and tenacious work ethic.
