Labourer
 
WB Power Services is looking for reliable and hardworking Semi-Skilled Labourers to join our generator installation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and supporting experienced engineers on site.

The Role

• Helping to bolt and screw together generator cabins and covers.
• Supporting with basic assembly work using hand tools.
• Painting and touching up around the site.
• General housekeeping and keeping the work area tidy.
• Assisting experienced engineers with minor tasks and manual handling.
• Helping move equipment, tools, and materials around site.
• Following health & safety guidelines at all times.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Performing simple checks on equipment and tools.

 The Person

• Experience in generators is highly advantageous but not essential.
• Previous experience in a labouring, construction, or hands-on role is helpful
• Basic knowledge of using hand tools
• A good attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Reliable and hardworking
• Able to follow instructions and work safely on site

• £13.50 – £14.00 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
